All groups/renters must carry liability insurance for their activity that covers volunteers and staff
Activities and events hosted at Hope United Church must be in keeping with polices and polity of the United Church of Canada. Hope United Church reserves the right to decline space to those groups who do not fall within these parameters.
Rental fees must be paid in advance of the event
The use/consumption of drugs and alcohol are not permitted on church property.
No smoking is permitted within the building. We kindly ask that if you smoke, please do so at least 20 feet away from our entrances.
Please conclude your event on time or addition custodial fees will apply.
