Hope United Church is located on the north-west corner of Main Street and Danforth Avenue, across from the Main Street Subway Station. The Subway Station is also the end terminal for the 506 Carlton streetcar, as well as the 135 Gerrard St. bus, the 64 Main St. bus, the 20 Cliffside bus, the 23 Dawes Rd. bus, the 62 Mortimer bus, the 87 Cosburn Ave. bus, the 113 Danforth Ave. bus, as well as the Danforth GO Transit train station.
